Leonie has already had four solo exhibitions: My Self as a Room at DEPAM, Mykonos in 2017, Objects Born Not Made at KARYBU, Tinos in 2019, Narratives from Ceramic Creations at Art Appel Gallery in 2020 and The Queen Undressed at IRIS in 2022. Léonie has taken part in numerous group shows, including CERAMIC AGAIN at Hermès, Just Art at Showroom10, and When Law Goes Pop(!)_Project {Just/Art} at the Athens Municipal Arts Center, as well as Emergency at Sealed Earth.

She took her first professional steps in Cologne, Germany (1995-1999), where she helped found MILK Design GmbH, a creative branding agency that quickly became a success, attracting a number of prestigious clients. On her return to Greece, she co-founded MILK in Athens, where until recently she was Chief Creative Officer.

Léonie studied graphic design at the Vakalo Art and Design College in Athens and communication design at the prestigious Art Center College of Design (Europe) in Montreux, Switzerland, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Léonie was sensitive to Rayone’s mission and agreed to transpose her iconic ceramic “Peoplakia” characters onto our customers’ clothing and accessories.
